Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of appyfin.com. Specific consulting engagements, custom software projects, managed infrastructure services and software subscriptions may also be governed by a proposal, Statement of Work (“SOW”), order form, subscription terms or other written agreement between the customer and Appyfin Holdings LLC. If there is a conflict, the applicable written customer agreement controls for that engagement.
Services
Appyfin Holdings LLC provides AI consulting and implementation, custom software development, AI model and application deployment, infrastructure architecture and management, technical support, managed services and AI-enabled software products.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely access to systems and personnel, and the rights necessary for any data, content, software or systems supplied to Appyfin. Customers remain responsible for business decisions made using AI-generated outputs and for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws, contracts and internal policies.
Fees & Payment
Fees may be charged for custom projects, consulting hours, managed infrastructure services, technical support or recurring software subscriptions. Pricing, billing frequency, milestones and payment terms are disclosed in the relevant proposal, SOW, order form, subscription terms or checkout flow before purchase.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Custom projects and professional services. Custom development, consulting, deployment and infrastructure engagements are generally governed by a signed proposal or SOW. Amounts paid for work already performed, committed resources or completed milestones are generally non-refundable unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.
Scope changes and credits. If project scope changes, Appyfin may, where appropriate and mutually agreed in writing, apply unused amounts as a credit toward revised or future services.
Consulting hours. Purchased consulting or engineering hours are subject to the scheduling, usage and expiration terms stated at the time of purchase or in the applicable proposal. Requests to reschedule or modify an engagement should be sent to info@appyfin.com.
Software subscriptions. Recurring subscriptions continue for the selected billing period until cancelled. Customers may request cancellation before the next renewal to prevent future recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable subscription terms or required by law, charges for an already-started subscription period are generally non-refundable.
Managed services. Cancellation, notice periods and transition terms for managed infrastructure or ongoing support services are governed by the applicable service agreement or SOW.
Billing questions or disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect or have a billing concern, please contact Appyfin first at info@appyfin.com. We will review the matter based on the applicable agreement, services delivered and relevant law.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing of customer-specific deliverables are defined in the applicable SOW or customer agreement. Appyfin retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable methods, platform components, know-how and software unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Services
AI solutions may depend on third-party cloud providers, model providers, APIs, networks or infrastructure services outside Appyfin’s direct control. Service levels, if any, are defined in the applicable customer agreement.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Appyfin services or software for unlawful activities, infringement, unauthorized access, malicious code, abuse of systems or activity that violates applicable third-party platform terms.
Availability, Warranties & Liability
Any service levels, warranties, limitations of liability, indemnities, termination rights and related commercial terms for a paid engagement are set out in the applicable SOW, order form, subscription terms or customer agreement. Nothing on this public website modifies an executed agreement.
